-- aller au contenu principal la petite creuse gites à louer en creuse de 4 à 16 personnes. deux gîtes au calme absolu, sur une propriété de 3 ha arborée et fleurie. menu bienvenue au gîte ! tarifs tourisme descendre au contenu bienvenue au gîte ! piscine de la petite creuse piscine vue de la mezzanine bienvenue au chassin ! deux gîtes à louer ensemble ou séparément de 2 à 16 personnes. réservation en ligne « la petite creuse » est une propriété de 3 ha arborée et fleurie, elle englobe actuellement 2 gîtes , les salles d’activité et bientôt l’espace détente avec la piscine et, à terme, à l’horizon 2018, 2 gîtes supplémentaires de 2 et 4 personnes. une maison ancienne en pierre de pays et aux larges murs, entièrement rénovée abrite 2 gîtes spacieux et confortables, indépendants et sans vis-à-vis, avec entrées et jardins séparés et clos, et un espace pour réunions, stages et/ou repas de groupes. ils peuvent être loués ensemble ou séparément. situés dans un petit hameau de quelques maisons, ils bénéficient d’un calme total et d’un environnement de verdure, bois, étangs propice au repos, aux randonnées pédestres et à cheval. pêche, plage, equitation ; nombreux sites à visiter. la madeuse offre une capacité de 12 personnes sur 3 niveaux et plus de 200 m2. au rdc : séjour-salle à manger, cuisine. salon/bureau-bibliothèque 1 chambre à 2 lits 80×190 salle de douche avec lavabo, wc séparé, espace buanderie au ier étage 1 chambre avec lit 2 personnes + lit de bébé 1 chambre avec lit 2 personnes + lit d’enfant 1 salle de bains avec baignoire, lavabo, wc. (baignoire bébé) au 2e étage 1 très grande chambre avec lit 160×200 et 3 lits 80×190 – magnifique charpente. la maison peut donc accueillir 4 couples avec 4 enfants et 1 bébé. elle peut être louée à un tarif inférieur sans le 2e étage pour 2 couples, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. la jacquotte accueille 4 personnes sur 85 m2 et 2 niveaux. au rdc : cuisine, séjour-salle à manger, toilettes-lavabo. penderie, lingerie/réserve. au ier étage : 1 chambre à grand lit / 1 chambre à 2 lits salle d’eau avec douche, meuble lavabo et wc penderie equipement des deux gites : cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. grand jardin et terrasse ensoleillée meubles de jardin et barbecue espace de rangement pour les vélos et le matériel de pêche télévision par satellite parking depuis 2016 : reunions, repas, stages grange amenagee a louer a la journee, pour un week end ou plus. sur 2 niveaux de 35 m2 chacun : une salle de réunion à l’étage une salle pour les repas au rdc un coin pause avec cuisine et bureau wifi. espace barbecue a l’exterieur service traiteur sur reservation hebergement possible sur place dans 2 gites la jacquotte 4 personnes la madeuse 8 à 12 personnes les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. projet pour 2017 : piscine intérieure chauffée, espace détente. renseignez vous ! annie schnell 5 le chassin 23270 bétête 06 33 42 11 24 réservation en ligne [montrer sous forme de diaporama] 1 2 ► english description discover this tranquil area of central france from one of our gîtes in the northern part of the creuse near the indre border. if you like authentic old houses, if you like the countryside, green wooded hills, bathing in rivers and lakes, if you want to find the calm of yesteryear, fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere, then look no further. you can explore the surrounding areas on foot, by car or bicycle, on horseback or with llamas & alpacas. you can fish nearby, play tennis or golf, eat at the nearby moulin de freiteix down by the very pretty petite creuse, one of the two rivers that give their name to our department. this is a region rich in history with many roman churches and village crosses as well as the very interesting castles at boussac and villemonteix. monet spent many years painting in the creuse valley, aubusson tapesteries and limoges porcelain are world famous. when you arrive you will be welcomed into the original farmhouse which has been owned by annie’s family since the 17th century. in the garden stands a beautiful oak tree some 400 hundred years old. the two rental gites have been created from the neighbouring farmhouse and barn adjacent to la suraude and are totally independent of each other. there is ample off street parking with each gite and a large area for ball games or overflow parking. both gîtes are suitable for families of all ages and have secure gardens but if you wish they can be used together as an excellent location for a large family gathering. la madeuse which can sleep eight to 12 persons is the perfect base for a comfortable family holiday (up to 4 couples, 5 children and a baby) or reunions of groups of friends. children will enjoy the space, seniors will be reminded of their childhood by rediscovering a truly rural village that remains virtually unchanged. la jacquotte sleeps up to four in this lovely gîte created in the barn, complete with the old beams and is semi-detatched to la madeuse but is completely separate with private entrance and parking and own secure garden and is not overlooked. both gîtes will be available from 4.00pm on the saturday and must be vacated by 10.00am on the saturday of departure. pets are not allowed in either gîte the attention to detail in the gites is very much in keeping with their rural setting. there are a multitude of walks straight out of the front door. the many mountain bike trails are marked and these too can be accessed from the village. the gites also have space for the secure storage of outdoor equipment. the nearby town (2km) of bétête has shops, a tennis club. there is a fishing school based in the restored mill at moulin de freteix, where there is also a restaurant serving traditional food. in châtalus malvaliex there is a pretty lake with a bar, swimming and at times children’s activities and a small market on a friday morning. boussac has a big market, on a thursday morning. click here for their english language office de tourisme site which has a mass of information about fishing, horse riding and much much more, one of the best websites around with masses of information. it even lists the available access points for the internet and the times they are available. nous sommes référencés sur france-voyage.com fièrement propulsé par wordpress
